Information we collect
Crevilot may collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, contact support, register as an author or vendor, subscribe to updates, or download digital resources. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping details, account information, order history and communications with us.
How we use information
We may use information to process purchases, provide customer and author account access, deliver ebooks and other digital products, fulfil physical-book orders, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, improve the website and operate the marketplace.
Orders and payments
Payments may be processed by approved third-party payment providers. Where a payment gateway handles card information, Crevilot does not need to store your complete card details. We may retain order references, payment status, transaction records and fulfilment information for operational, accounting and legal purposes.
Accounts and digital downloads
Customer accounts may store order history, addresses and eligible digital downloads. Download activity can be recorded to protect paid files, troubleshoot access problems and apply any download limits or access periods associated with a purchase.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies for cart, checkout, login, account security and other core features. Analytics, advertising or marketing technologies may be added later and should be disclosed in the final production policy when configured.
Marketplace and service providers
Crevilot may share information that is reasonably necessary with payment providers, email services, hosting providers, shipping partners, analytics providers and marketplace vendors involved in fulfilling an order. Each third party is responsible for its own privacy practices.
Data retention and your choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legitimate business, accounting, security and legal requirements. You may contact Crevilot to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Contact about privacy
For privacy questions, account-data requests or concerns about personal information, please use the Crevilot contact page. Final company contact details and jurisdiction-specific notices can be inserted before launch.
